I am afraid of Coinbase. I have for me what is a lot of money in there and it feels trapped. If I try and move it, they will punish me. If I encounter problems, I will get no help.

I'm acutely aware of this anxiety and how it conflicts with our mission to bring 1 Billion people onchain. It's why I ran a 6 week series bringing participants from our legal and compliance operations onchain and teaching them how to better understand customer activity. 

I'm working on turning it into a training to be delivered to the many people we have performing account reviews which should help solve part of this problem/reputation. 

Crypto is moving so much faster than tradfi with new technologies and shifting metas, so keeping everyone up to date on the latest trends is a challenge we've got to meet.
