Lots of learnings and insights from Farcon but one that hit me hard is that as high signal high quality the Farcaster community is, that comes with a huge disadvantage

Since everyone are so capable, we are all (I'm including my self in this sin) trying to push our own thing

As much as I came with a stated goal to find collaborators, it feels like if you really wanna find ppl to build with you, better find them outside of this community.

On @cogs we found hanging out together, giving @cojo.eth direct feedback and being part of a successful product launch were all good motivators beyond also getting a small $ recognition for the time spent (it think all in all we distributed ~$10K among participants)

And it seem it was valuable because we ended up running 3 campaigns with Ponder (lol i almost forgot...luckily i documented it all)
