What tool do you guys like for customer feedback? We were going to use a Slack channel but Slack changed some stuff (pricing, invite link expirations) that make it infeasible for us to move forward with them. We will have basic channels: text, email set up but are there any tools you all have used and really liked? Canny seems OK..... We were inclined towards a FB Group.... Any recommendations welcome!

Does Canny still do that thing where users get to vote for features? Personally I hate that mechanic. It just creates unnecessary friction. I like email+surveys+user interviews. The more direct the connection the better.

I mean we are giving out a phone number with delivery confirmation!!! As well as an email and the option to book time with team on video call. Just want to cover every base

The more bases you cover the more ground you have to cover. A couple of well-covered channels are better than many half-covered channels IMHO. Do you have a dedicated support person?

lol do yourself a favour and keep the number of channels small and manageable for incoming feedback/support. Then you can create your own outbound system (ie a beta team). It can be pretty fun and productive when you get it right! Especially if the beta team is stacked with people who really care. I had a 400 person beta team of super pumped users once and it helped us rapidly improve the product.
