Nearly identical results from FC and an Emerson College poll that was just released. 

Proportional that found what he did acceptable:

~44% on FC
~41% Emerson

Why are people shocked with these results?

The VP Elect of the US called school shootings "a fact of life".  Seems pretty obvious that if you build a society where school shootings are normalized and you'll end up with a population that thinks CEO shootings are acceptable.

I can’t speak to the segments, but yes - in a society where school shootings are “accepted” as part of life, it’s not surprising that CEOs being gunned down is “accepted” as part of life.

I haven’t seen this overt an overlap on tiktok (so representativeness may vary).

It seems like there’s a “kill billionaires” camp and a “united healthcare kills many people to make money” camp.

But maybe your argument is it desensitized them to violence?

I think far-left and far-right segments have more in common than they'd like to admit.  Horseshoe theory of politics and all. 

What is really interesting is that more and more people are being pulled in the "far" direction.

The weirdest part for my brain is, I would bet that there is not much overlap in the segments you describe if they were plotted as a Venn diagram (fact of life <>ceos fair game)
