Typically seasonally. Take 60-90 mins to just reflect. The purpose is communication/catharsis. No solutioning except in the last 5-10 mins. Then the team lead (me) decides how to action on themes. As @jtgi said, people tend to want to add process to solve things, and that’s not always the best instinct.

>people tend to want to add process to solve things and that’s not always the best instinct true. bloating workflows & adding red tape to solve for something that has a low likelihood of recurring & even if it does, time spent fixing it will not outweigh the cumulative time that you will def spend on the new process
