My “I was there for the merge” NFTs are nice and all but who’s making “I didn’t panic and sell all my stuff when shit got really dark” NFTs?

I’ve been pro-PoS and ‘hooray Merge!’ so far and believed the argument that PoS is more accessible/equitable than PoW.

But now I'm wondering if that’s wrong, since post-Merge ~5 companies will control 2/3 of validators. 

Is PoS a centralizing force?
