Can you explain more on DAO vote lobbying and link to prop and vote? Not sure I'm following that relevancy / importance for Bountycaster users

Thinking was that for key votes the programmatic bounty could be a way to reach those with voting rights and award those who act.

Incentive/ease to reach quorum.
