I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

Would love to try kickboxing. Is it true that you need to be physically fit first before starting??

Gotta give it a try. I'm moar in to swimming for now. A great way to relax and at the same time exercise :) you should try it too linda
