I actually wrote about my DAO learnings here https://linda.mirror.xyz/BIasTPr7Ym_rfbhxpKjlMqKCz3qVMaFgQeV3EphkO-E Some highlights: - progressive decentralization is ideal i.e. not just having the foundation drop off everything to the community and expect it to work - smaller working groups are much more efficient - focus on establishing accountability early on - foster a culture of being comfortable saying no and having tough conversations
