What learning has surprised you most since shifting from VC to founder?

building /fc-marketplace // prev. rabbithole, village global

So many things but recent one has been how out of the loop I am now on things that aren't closely related to Bountycaster/Farcaster land. As a VC I was so used to being on top of things for my job and regularly having an opinion or knowledge when someone asked "what do you think of X"
