How did you discover crypto? How have your views on crypto changed?

First came across bitcoin in 2011 in college and wrote a paper on it. My views on it at the time were it's interesting but very negative since it was mostly associated with illicit activity. Took me about 3 years to change my view and Coinbase was a main factor in me feeling it was becoming more legit
