please, how do i fix low self esteem?

having an epiphany i am my biggest critic and it's killing me that i can't even accept compliments, my immediate reaction is to deny and move on

I'm also my biggest critic and was raised in a culture where you don't really accept compliments. Went through a few months where it was tougher so before I went to sleep I said 3 things I was proud of myself that day and found it helped me a lot

I know you didn't ask, but fwiw I love the products you've built
