I've been working out each day (Pilates + lifting) and just started taking creatine today based on a lot of people's recs including @thatguyintech @unhappiimochii so will see how that goes!

If you recently started working out, i would recommend not taking creatine just yet See how far you can go with your normal body strength and your meals Creatine is still just a supplement
