If you have a choice, be really careful about vetting investors. Some only show their true colors in difficult times

From your experience, are there any good behavioural patterns or early positive signs to distinguish those that worked well with you?

An indicator that has worked really well for me is how the investor shows they value your time like reading the docs and preparing questions before hand, not being late to meetings, being engaged during the discussion
