Agreed! I'd also extend that same advice to service providers. I emailed my graphic designer the other day to say I still love my logo 🀩 Our work/contracts are often so transactional that we treat them as a one-and-done thing that happened

We previously tried automatically posting user feedback to Twitter with their permission. This is something you can only do if we have confidence in our product, but fortunately, we received a lot of positive feedback, and it was very effective.
