the spring/summer routine mon, tues, thurs, fri: kettlebells, calisthenics, olympic/compound lifts + erg machine (1min intervals) and curved treadmill (1min intervals for cardio (10 sets, 10s rest between sets) wed, sat: sprints and cardio at the track sun: rest
