i'm trying to build an onchain payment solution for offline merchants

tried something new this morning: went for a walk around /lisbon and visited a bunch of cafès for short interviews

turns out i didn't find any owner in place, so ended up getting emails or instagram handles to reach out about my market research

so i decided to change strategy: i'm back home now after lunch and will start to scrape cafès emails with some tools and send a bunch of cold emails

let's see what happens next

I worked with retail for a long time, the best way to reach owners - ask an employee when they are at the shop. Usually once a day in the morning or Monday/Friday. 

Very much interested in what you get from this research. I personally want to onboard caffès in /london to coinbase wallet and see how people react on it
