How do you prioritize what you work on as a founder?

I try to prioritize:

1) things that unblock the team [reviewing code, short/long-term strategy]
2) things that set me up for longer-term success [fundraising, hiring]
3) things that navigate towards pmf [talking with users, shipping code]

1 and 2 occur less often, so my day-to-day is mainly spent on #3
