Fukuoaka has some of the best Mentaiko in Japan. Their seafood in general is amazing. If you're not into seafood their ramen is also great! Everytime I go to Sapporo I get curry soup! However I'm not sure how much you will want to eat it in this heat 🔥 ☀️
