Not sure "now" is right tbh due to regulatory. But the early Gnosis/Augur attempts were definitely ahead of their time. Prediction markets are still kind of the white whale of crypto use cases.

-With regulation uncertainty crypto gambling is the way -Web2 cos rampant with β€œ match fixing”. Decentralized gambling using trustless verification makes sense. I imagine a gambler would be willing to pay that little bit extra to ensure trust. -Enabling people to become the house is enticing as an investor -L2s
