most things in museums should not be owned by private donors, and they shouldn't be owned by "the public". it should be a something in the middle

crowdfunding DAOs that can legally own property and distribute fractional ownership of that property to members

cDAO quickly pivoted to "its not fractional ownership, its a governance token!" because of outdated securities law
