Love that she addressed that you cannot be permissive either! Our oldest is still little and only sometimes understands discipline- toddlerhood js wild. Hopefully this is something we can implement as he gets older!

She mentions that a lot, Which is great because it’s one of the main complaints or Worries people hold against “gentle parenting” and similar schools of thought We’ve all likely experienced varying degrees of authoritarian style parenting as well…
