How did you go about finding your family therapist? It's something I've been thinking about to for my family but am at a loss in terms of where to start

The website HEADWAY is really great. It sorts it by people that accept your specific insurance and your location, etc. we also found our couples therapist that way. Lmk if it helps!!::):)

So helpful — I had to give up on my previous therapist because a move to a new state/city meant they were both out of network and could no longer have me on their roster because they could have a patient out of state even if in-network It is infuriating how little continuity of care is available if you move around a lot — glad this site atleast makes things a bit clearer with thh insurance filter
