One weird logistics and shipping thing: it’s best to ship products M-W and not on Thursday or Friday because they end up sitting in a warehouse and melting!!

That's such a good tip! I had no idea the day you ship could make such a difference. It makes sense though, especially for perishable items or anything heat-sensitive. I've had a few unfortunate experiences with melted deliveries—glad to know for next time!
