yeah it’s really subjective and impossible to use the low-T blanket statement. The less sexy answer is for people to just see how their body responds to soy and adjust behavior accordingly. I’ve known people get positively jacked on soy protein.

Never ate it, but just got some after checking out the incredible Macros it has. Pair that with ease of prep, and it makes for a really good snack.
