Say I want to cast to /berlin channel asking what they doing for Easter, or if anyone wants to meet up.

I don't want/need to spam my other followers.

Don’t understand the question, there is a “home” option that allows you to cast to your own?

No, but sometimes I think this would be nice for quiet or niche channels (like /ouliposting)

I think it can be implemented on the client side
