Dinner: Chicken, sriracha roasted carrots, and lemon parmesan kale Sriracha glazed carrots: 1. Slice carrots into thin strips 2. Drizzle with olive oil and sriracha and add salt and pepper 3. Roast at 400 degrees until tender and slightly crispy 4. (Optional) top with feta Lemon parm kale: 1. Wash kale and remove stems. Slice into thin ribbons 2. Chop (or use a garlic press to crush) 1-2 cloves of garlic 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add kale and salt and lots of freshly cracked black pepper 4. When kale turns vibrant green, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds more 5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon 6. Add freshly grated parm

Took a week off from being online to just focus on work. 📚 Looking forward to posting some of the dishes I’ve been making lately :) It’s been very cold here (in the single digits every morning) so I’ve been craving comfort foods ❄️ Crispy pan-fried chicken w/ a panko breadcrumb crust, roasted broccoli, and tzatziki :)

You can now create multiple profiles on @anonworld! This allows you to have different personas to preserve anonymity (i.e. one with 5K $ANON and one with 2M $ANON). The default, local-only credentials will show up under "Anonymous". Profiles are still completely optional. anon.world/credentials

Editing photos from a recent trip to Vermont for an upcoming blog post 🏔️ Last year I took a skiing lesson and was able to ski a green run comfortably for the first time. I’m hoping to try skiing again sometime this winter. ⛷️ I got back to New England yesterday from a trip to India to see my in-laws, and the winter cold is making me want another hot chocolate like this one. ❄️ I’m a bit too jet lagged today for much cooking, but maybe I’ll make some later this week. :)

Hi Casters. I am really enjoying the community that is on Farcaster, Zora, and Rodeo. The combination of the three feels creative, fun, new, and different. What would be even better is if they shared a social graph and a follow on one is a follow on all of them. Seems like something Web3 should encourage.
