Isn’t this the point of having different channels? If you’re not here for news, you can stick to channels that aren’t about news and so on?

Correct, except when the algorithm shows posts from people I don’t follow on my home feed. I don’t think that happened when I first joined. Which was weird at first to have an empty home feed … I think the more one understands algorithms the less one wants algorithm pushing content. I want to see posts from people I follow on my home feed unless I go to a channel I follow then I can see what that channel is up to. But keep home feed clean. Recast and reply from people I follow should appear on the following tab, just my preference which I think is similar to @chrislarsc.eth point.
