before and after making shrimp stock for a seafood risotto tmrw! 

took about 2 hours from start to finish, mostly cuz I was slow peeling the shrimpies and taking out their yucky guts

Done! I thought the risotto would never soften - it was the longest time I’ve ever had to stir it (80 min). The seafood was fried quickly in a pan afterwards. And grilled lemons of course.
