I have wounds that will never heal. It just hurts so much that I’ve gotta be reminded of them frequently. It’s not easy to stay strong and sometimes I just feel like a bullet hit me. Yet I resist my sadness feelings.. or I try. Today I succumbed.

Many of us have times we can't keep up our guard for past pain. I break down when my emotional bucket is already full and so even something small will make it spill over. Try to empty your bucket some... self-care, a good cry, meditation, or talking with a friend or therapist. Then you have room to feel good again!

I will make my best… Maybe some writing can help. But it’s like i’ll get it fixed, then someone else is gonna come and rip my bandaid again. How do i fix something unfixeable? 🥺

TBH, depending on what it was, I don't know that you can undo trauma. You can learn how to confront it and cope with it, but yeah, it's not going to go away on it's own. A professional can help. I don't know how I went so long in my life without a therapist. It has made a huge difference for me.
