If you are getting into running it’s not abnormal… it’s just really hard on your body and would make the run kinda miserable bc you’re gasping for air the whole time. Staying in zone 3 will build your endurance and make you faster over time. And the run will be pleasant!

I love going to hardware stores solo bc then I bring joy to the grumpy old men who just want to be useful. Sometimes it’s condescending but I try to remind myself that they’re just insecure

I work out religiously and walk minimum 10,000 steps per day. I try to walk throughout my day too instead of all at once Generally eat healthy. Minimize processed foods (esp sugar). I refuse to give up bread so I make my own with flour from Italy Genetics prob play a really big role. My mom is insanely healthy so I was v healthy growing up

I was so confused. Thought I was hallucinating until the girl next to me whispered “there’s a bus on fire right” Don’t think I’m gonna go back to the studio. It was my first time there too!

Was in the middle of my Pilates class when I look over my shoulder and see a bus on fire in front of the studio. Is it weird that the studio didn’t stop class when they saw even the fire fighters keeping distance from the bus?

I see a lot of people saying that the lawyer quitting shows how guilty Diddy is. While I totally think Diddy’s guilty, the lawyer most likely quit because he didn’t agree with the defense strategy. The lawyer who represented bin Laden doesn’t seem like the moral judgement kind of guy. Diddy prob wants to plead not guilty. Lawyers prob want a plea bargain. Diddy refuses so they see their payday go away
