Really feeling like Elon has totally fucked up Twitter. The algo has been absolutely terrible since late December. And now today they screwed something up and you can't even tweet. When you try to tweet, it says you're over your daily tweet limit 🙄

Ha, never -- he probably hates me since I keep tweeting complaining about the algo. It's making it harder for me to do my job. I feel like I have a harder time figuring out what everyone is talking about

I find it to be more like Facebook nowadays. It shows me far less of what the people I'm actually following are talking about

I used to spend so much time on there. Now, I am spending way less because when I’m on it, I am not seeing the kinds of conversations I want to see. Super annoying. Why did they they start feeding you people you don’t follow instead of the people you do follow?!

I just noticed that when you watch a video it turns into a tiktok style infinite feed- quality is rapidly declining 😞

Whom amongst us have really ever been satisfied with it since its inception

I’ve been trying to follow and message folks for the past hour. Because Twitter wasn’t working, I went over to Orb - only to have 3 failed login attempts 😭. 


Farcaster was the only safe haven 🥹.

The decentralized alternatives are getting better. Its only a matter of time. 

Blocking third-party clients (Tweetbot) was the last straw for me

Algo changes are difficult to measure but at least I have some nice objective metrics now ie can I actually use it for any of its intended use cases Y/N

I get so much more out of FC it’s not even close
