Walking is a good place to start. If you have an iPhone you can track activity/steps.

Sign up for an event to help motivate you. Could be anything from running to cycling to an obstacle course. I always found it easier to stay consistent when I was exercising for a reason

Don’t let two days go by without doing something to further your exercise goals

Get a coach or trainer. Accountability + proper instruction will keep you on track. And have fun!

I always found focusing on doing very small actionable steps consistently. Say walk up one flight of stairs or doing one minute of tread. After that you can stop, though often just getting that initial momentum will see you working out longer and longer. Also get an accountability partner

You need to understand why you are doing this. The goal should be more specific so you can track your progress. When you clearly know why you are doing sports, there will be no chance of quitting.

Think about your goals. There's no shortcuts. Can you achieve your goals if you don't do what's needed? Will you be upset if those goals aren't met?

Maybe start working out at home for short times for example 15 minutes each day. Whenever you don't feel like exercising anymore (for example after 2 months of exercising regularly), give yourself a break of for example 2 weeks
