Feel this a lot, I also think we have to integrate new people who are nouns adjacent or interested in those memories, not just a nouns only thing anymore

Used to just be called "story telling" or "oral tradition".

Now we call it creating content, but that's been conflated with monetized content that doesn't actually share anything valuable with the participants. 

Which brings us full circle to: 

Create memories>create content(tell stories about memories)>draw in people to create new memories

That's how communities grow and sustain.
