what's your favourite monitor setup for productivity?

None of those. This is what peak performance looks like..

I don't use that for calls, that camera is only for interviews, vlogs etc. Set the zoom properly and the monitors don't interfere. Also this way I get to use monitor on either side as a teleprompter and my eyes don't wander too far away from the camera. For regular work calls I use the laptop camera. Once I used the Nikon for a work meeting and the video quality was so much better than all other participants that it was distracting and embarrassing.
