These kids will probably be the first to never know a world without AGI. I certainly wouldn't be saving for a college fund if I was a expecting a baby right now. Imagine the change they'll see in their lifetimes!

Just to help onlookers - college funds are just good tax avoidance vehicles in specific states and can now be rolled into Roth IRAs.

I was talking about the declining value of traditional degrees for children born in the time of AGI, not about how that would impact tax avoidance strategies. Also, I don't have children.
