fun fact: up to 15x my body weight goes through my leg when i triple jump triple jump requires a mixture of different strengths combining flexibility and plyometrics with strength training has allowed me to withstand these forces but it also requires mental strength too coming back from two surgeries in the past 18 months has been crazy (i’ll talk about that another time) before this jump at this years national championships i was nervous but i trusted that i am strong enough both mentally and physically to handle it because i knew i had put in the work the mind body connection is powerful keep aiming higher ↑
