Damn. I just realized the right comp for Warpcast is WeChat (without the CCP part). 

The fact that WeChat started as messaging and Warpcast started as a forum was distracting me from seeing this.

But Frames as Mini Apps and WC Wallet as PayPal make it clear:


WC is an Everything* App.





*including free speech.
