Self-regulation and grounding ourselves during stressful, overwhelming moments are highly undervalued skills. My life is 100x better since learning how to do this for myself. The first step was recognizing when I was unregulated—something I hadn’t been aware of before.

This! Being connected to the body just that bit to recognise what it feels like to be disregulated is so good - then having even the smallest tools to come back into balance is genuinely game changing. Thank you for sharing ✨
