Considering the amount of engagement I get on the games I post, I’m hoping the powers that be notice I exist in whatever’s next. I’m sure there are accounts that have been around longer, doing even better, and hoping the same thing. 🤣

Never won the $5. Latest leader board shows me < Top 500. Suspect I may not be posting enough per day to generate the points to break in. Not ruling out there being 500 more established accounts, with way more followers than me, that also post more per day. I still relatively new and only recently broke past 1k followers. A lot of them look like bots though.

Does the leaderboard show the top 500 or 1000? By raw numbers, you get very good engagement per cast. I am not sure when you arrived on Farcaster, but you have mentioned it was late, all things considered. My point is that for this particular algo, my guess would be that the openrank of those accounts that interact with you is very important, not just the number of engagements you get. The other thing I'd be curious about if you have never gotten it is if you are on some sort of hidden spam label. I am not trying to raise alarms, but there are some very engaged accounts that never qualified for the $5 despite having extremely high engagement. While that has never been confirmed, I would imagine it is a factor with some accounts. If you can make it onto the leaderboard, then I think you can rule out a spam label. But if you really try and can't get on there...

First time I checked the new leaderboard it had me < top 1k so I moved up from there. Cleared the last spam label check I took. I do interact with a lot of low Openrank accounts, mostly in my channel, especially when locking answers to the games. That could be hurting me with this algo. Most of them bought FTs to be in the channel. Shunning them would be a slippery slope, considering I know a bunch of them are people.
