My new Y-3’s came in str8 from Italy today.. I wasn’t expecting them until tomorrow. The surprise caused quite a stir in my nervous system. I shook with excitement & a bit of anxiety (ʷʰᵃᵗ ⁱᶠ ᵗʰᵉʸ’ʳᵉ ᵗʰᵉ ʷʳᵒⁿᵍ ˢⁱᶻᵉ) (ᵇᵘᵗ ʷʰᵃᵗ ⁱᶠ ᵗʰᵉʸ’ʳᵉ ᵖᵉʳᶠᵉᶜᵗ) my mind raced like speed racer with “what ifs” I bite the bullet.. and miss my train. ⁱ ⁿᵉᵉᵈᵉᵈ ᵗᵒ ᵏⁿᵒʷ ⁱᶠ ᵗʰᵉʸ’ʳᵉ ʳⁱᵍʰᵗ I slip my foot in nervously.. they’re perfect. my right eye shed a tear. They are PERFECT. as i laid eyes on my new sneakers I remembered why I enjoy breathing. I remembered why I work. I remembered why. Welcome to your new loving home.. where you will be cherished forever by me. Where I will honor every step I take in you.
