Another terrifying thought that keeps me up: Why wouldn't Trump use all the AI surveillance technology implemented by Israel to spy on Palestinians to surveil the American Left and anti-war movements? I wouldn't see why Elon wouldn't offer all data carte blanche to this surveillance system.

They absolutely will and already are no doubt. The FBI probably has a social credit score for everyone with AI scraping all our socials for key words and potential for revolutionary action. Counterinsurgency is their specialty. That's why they're building all those Cop Cities too. They expect dissent and they're preparing to repress it. They just almost passed a bill to cut funding from all pro Palestine nonprofits, it will probably pass with the new Congress and they'll start the new McCarthy Red Scare type hearings.
