btw, isn't BMI just an average nonsense? Back when I felt my best - eating well and hitting daily boxing workouts - I was labeled "underweight" =/ Yet all my health metrics and medical tests were absolutely amazing

Simple Chicken and Herb Salad Ingredients: - 200g chicken breast, cut into small pieces - 1 tbsp olive oil (for dressing) - A handful of green onion, chopped - A handful of fresh dill, chopped - Salt and pepper to taste - Optional: a pinch of paprika or chili powder (for extra flavor) Instructions: - Heat a dry non-stick pan over medium heat. - Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and optional paprika or chili powder. - Cook the chicken in the dry pan until golden and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Let it cool slightly. - In a bowl, mix the chopped green onion and dill. - Add the warm chicken to the herbs. - Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently. - Serve and enjoy this light and flavorful salad!

Healthy Grilled Chicken Skewers Ingredients: - 500 g chicken breast, cubed - 2 bell peppers, chopped - 1 zucchini, sliced - 1 red onion, wedged - 10 cherry tomatoes - 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 2 garlic cloves, minced - 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp cumin - Salt and pepper Mix olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in this mixture for 1 hour. Thread chicken and veggies onto skewers. Grill on medium heat for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with salad, quinoa, or flatbread. P. S. Highly recommend!
