Movement of the day: Sled chest press + Row (continuous work) 2:30 of our power work 🌶️🌶️😤😤 That was TOUGH but also the perfect push/pull format. If you have a sled/can use one, I highly recommend this! What’s was the most challenging thing for you in your workout today?
