As a remote founder, my thought boy counter would be: Remote work encourages full documentation of work, processes, and messages. To use AI to the fullest, it needs to be trained on this data. By being in person, the AI is trained on incomplete data. Therefore, in-person companies will trail remote companies in maximizing AI because their data quality is poor.
