This is why a lot of founders struggle. It's easy to be a lightweight founder that looks good in the 24hr content cycle. She says "many light things don’t add up to one heavy thing." Founders think their light work online leads to heavy companies. Inevitably, it doesn't. As Ronnie Coleman said, "Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights."
