@afrochicks hey hey Do you have any hip mobility drills you swear by? My hip flexors, glutes, and lower back are all much tighter than I want them to be.

DYOR but you probably have weak hamstrings. So, beyond just hip mobility drills, I'd recommend hamstring exercises.
