It’s not an EOA. It’s a smart contract wallet. 

But it’s a much bigger package than just a smart contract wallet. There’s a lot more that makes it usable: passkeys, an SSO feel, no mobile app, paying with CEX balance, multiple txns in one, session keys, etc.
