Not sure yet (I’m sure there were other “input” features of the smart phone that didn’t result in huge “outputs”), but it’s the standard stuff: stablecoins, smart contracts, open social graphs, etc.

Yep, that's why I'd argue we haven't even found what GPS / camera phones is yet, let alone Uber / Instagram. The first iPhone didn't have true GPS or good enough cameras to even really enable those apps.
