I would let the builder score be capped at a 100. 

When a rating exceeds 💯, it makes it look absurd and kind of unprofessional. 

Just like in school where exams are graded at 100%, so when a builder score is above 80, we know this builder is credible and adjust the perks to fit within the score

1. You can add a frame around the score or PFP with bronze, silver, gold, diamond or platinum depending on the builder score to also visually distinguish between high profile builders.

2. Allow receiving email alerts or warpcast notifications on updates on our passport when score changes will be cool
